The dashboard

The dashboard sums up the workspace: number of employees and deployed signatures, then what needs your attention.

Setup your workspace

Until everything is done, this card tracks four steps: create the workspace, create a template, import employees, deploy. It can be hidden.

To do

What the workspace needs from you, calculated from your data: signatures to deploy, signatures to update, AI photos to approve, employees without a template, missing integration in automated mode. Each line takes you to the relevant page, already filtered. When it’s empty, the card shows “Nothing pending”.

Suggestions

What AI could improve, calculated without spending credits: profiles to clean up, team photos not yet made uniform, a field filled in for several employees but missing from their template. Each button shows its cost and opens a preview before applying anything. Hide for 30 days hides a line, in this browser. The card doesn’t appear on the Free plan.

Recent activity

From the Starter plan up, who did what, line by line: employees, templates, signatures, departments, campaigns, fields, team, API keys, brand, schedules. View all opens the log in Settings → Activity (7, 14 or 30 days on screen).

Plan, analytics and status

• Plan card — your plan’s counters and remaining AI credits, translated into actions (“= 24 photos made uniform…”).
• Analytics overview (Starter plan and up) — views and clicks over the last 7 days, total views and conversion rate.
• Integrations (Starter plan and up) — the status of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and the employee portal.

Free plan

The Not in the Free plan card lists what is missing — AI assistant and MCP, Departments, Analytics, Campaigns, Automatic deployment — with the starting price at which each one unlocks.
