An editor where every block can carry a condition, AI built in throughout the app, and three ways to deploy from your workspace.
Row and block editor
Rows, blocks and sub-blocks produce the HTML table that Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail can display. Global styles and a pixel-perfect inspector.
Display conditions
On a row, block or element: is not empty, is empty, contains, does not contain. An empty line disappears instead of leaving a gap.
Three starting points
Start from scratch, pick from the gallery or build on one of your templates, ideal for a variant per department.
Reusable components
Save a block once and reuse it in every template in the workspace.
Real preview
The final render, borders included, with mock data or the employee of your choice, next to design mode.
Shared mailboxes
With the Outlook add-in, a shared mailbox’s signature shows the name of the person replying.
Seven field types
Text, email, phone, phone extension, URL / link, social media, image (URL). Required or optional (only the email blocks saving). 5 custom fields on Free, 10 on Starter, unlimited from the Essential plan.
CSV import
File, column mapping, validation, import. Errors and duplicates are flagged before anything is written.
Microsoft 365 directory
Load your users (Microsoft admin consent required) and map their fields to yours. Disabled accounts, addresses already present, external guests and shared mailboxes are skipped: add shared mailboxes by hand.
Departments
One default template per group, inherited by every employee who doesn’t have their own.
Data cleanup
Names, phone numbers, emails, links and spacing fixed by rules, with no credits used. Each fix can be checked off and undone.
Hosted images
Logos, banners and photos served by Gensy, at addresses that never change.
Three modes
Disabled, information collection or self-service. A personal link valid for 90 days, with no account to create.
Field-by-field approval
Current and proposed values side by side, with a signature preview. Approve everything, approve part of it, or decline.
Invitations and reminders
Optionally, every new employee covered by the plan gets the link, followed by a single reminder after 3, 7 or 14 days if their profile isn’t complete. No emails on the Free plan.
Editor assistant
Describe a change, by text or by voice: AI applies it on the canvas. From 5 credits per message, and you can undo it.
AI-suggested fields
Paste a signature or a CSV: AI suggests the name, type and order of each field. 3 credits.
Paste a text
A signature or business card becomes a filled-in employee profile, ready to review before you create it. 3 credits.
Spell checker
Job titles and departments proofread by AI, on top of the cleanup rules. 3 credits.
Uniform team photos
Matching framing, pose, clothing, background and lighting, with aligned faces. Owner and admins only: 50 credits per photo; each result waits for your approval.
Suggestions
The dashboard spots profiles that need cleaning up or a field missing from a template, without spending any credits.
An assistant that takes action
Ask “clean up my profiles” or “make the Sales photos uniform”: the assistant prepares the operation, shows its credit cost, and waits for your click.
Google Workspace API
Gensy writes each signature into Gmail, with no action needed from the employee. Super admin rights are checked when you connect, then with every deployment to Gmail; after 30 days without a Gmail deployment, reconnect Google Workspace.
Outlook add-in
A manifest uploaded to the Microsoft 365 admin center, then “Deploy All” in automated mode. The signature is inserted in every new message as you compose.
Email or link
Employees receive their signature ready to copy, with instructions for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Scheduling
Schedule a deployment, a send or (in automated mode) a removal in quarter-hour slots, up to 60 days in advance; it runs within 15 minutes of the chosen time.
One-click update
When a template is republished, its employees are flagged “Update available”. In automated mode, one click on “Deploy All” and everyone is up to date; in manual mode or on the Free plan, the signature has to be copied again.
Instant removal
In automated mode, unpublish one or more live signatures, right away or on a date you choose. A signature pasted by hand is removed from the email app’s settings.
Analytics
Views, clicks and click-through rate over 7, 30 or 90 days, by employee, link and device. Turn tracking on in Settings > General, then redeploy signatures.
Cookieless
No cookies, no IP addresses stored. Designed with Quebec’s Law 25 in mind.
CSV export
The displayed period or a full month, ready to open in Excel.
Banner campaigns
Five preset designs or your own image, with click tracking on the destination link.
Targeting and scheduling
One banner per selected template (the oldest campaign wins), appearing and disappearing on the dates you set in automatically deployed signatures.
Temporary photo
A seasonal photo, made with AI photo uniformization, between two dates; the original comes back on its own in automatically deployed signatures.
Gmail
The signature appears in each mailbox’s settings, as if it had been pasted by hand.
Outlook
The add-in inserts the signature as you compose and recognizes the employee’s aliases.
Apple Mail
Signature copied in one click and pasted into Apple Mail. On paid plans, it’s also delivered by email or link, with installation instructions.
Claude
Remote connector, OAuth authorization, nothing to install. 51 tools to run your workspace.
ChatGPT
The same connector, added from ChatGPT’s settings.
Cursor and Claude Code
Remote connector, or a local server with a read-only or write-enabled API key.
Isolated workspaces
Each workspace has its own data, keys and billing. Only one workspace on the Free plan at a time: to open another, first move your free workspace to a paid plan.
Collaborators
Invite members or admins by email (1 collaborator on Essential and Professional, 2 on Business, 3 on Enterprise). The owner keeps billing, the Google and Microsoft integrations and roles; admins also manage branding and fields.
Two-factor authentication
Authenticator app, revocable trusted devices, sign-in with Google or Microsoft.
Controlled support access
Support only enters your workspace with the access the owner grants: it is logged and revoked automatically after 72 hours. Separately, the operations team can access data when needed to operate and secure the service.
Activity log
Who did what, kept for 90 days: 7, 14 or 30 days on screen, filterable and exportable to CSV; beyond 30 days, through the get_activity tool (Starter plan and up).
Slack and Teams alerts
Failed schedule, refused Google authorization or return to the Free plan, sent to your webhook. The offline add-in alert stays in the bell.
The owner or an admin chooses the mode for the workspace, then can switch an employee to manual. From the Starter plan, every deployment or send, and every removal in automated mode, can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance.

Plan
Starter plan and up
Three ways forward, depending on how much time you have: read the documentation, ask the assistant from your workspace, or let us handle the setup.
Getting started guide, Google setup, Microsoft setup, API reference. Every page is also available in Markdown, so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor answer from the real documentation.
Ask our AI assistant (Starter plan and up) or write to us with “Write directly”, from the Help & support button at the top of every page. The first time you log in, follow the guided tour of the app and of the template editor.

Rather hand it off? Our team imports your employees, rebuilds your current signature as a template and handles deployment with your admin.
