Where to start
Get started
Create the workspace, set up your branding, add your first fields and import your employees. Allow about twenty minutes before your first signature.
Design a template
The editor, blocks and rows, display conditions, global styles and publishing.
Deploy
Authorize Google Workspace, deploy the Outlook add-in, or deliver the signature by email.

The recommended path
Create your workspace and set your branding
Logo, up to six colours, main font: the colours are offered in the editor and the AI assistant knows your font, which you set in each template’s global styles.
Define your fields
Seven types available. This is what makes conditions reliable later on.
Import your employees
From a CSV file, by hand, from the Microsoft 365 directory or by pasting a signature (Microsoft 365 and pasting from the Starter plan).
Build a template, with its conditions
One conditional template instead of one per special case.
Publish, then deploy
Check the preview, publish, then deploy right away or, from the Starter plan, on a scheduled date.
