Design a template

Show or hide a row, block or element in an email signature based on a field’s content, so one template fits the whole organization.
A condition decides whether a row, block or element appears in a given person’s signature. That’s what lets you serve the whole organization with a single template: the “Cell” row disappears for people who don’t have one, without leaving a gap.
Operators work in pairs: is not empty on the photo block and is empty on the fallback block, with the same field, and only one of the two shows.
A condition set on a row or block applies before those on its contents: when it’s hidden, everything inside it is hidden too. That’s the simplest way to make an entire line disappear — the “T:” label, the number and the extension together.
As read by the MCP connector (from the Starter plan up), a condition is an object attached to the element; the get_template_format tool describes the full format:
{ "condition": { "fieldKey": "bureau_t", "operator": "not_empty" } }Test at least one complete profile and one incomplete profile in Real preview (pick the employee), then with Send a test in the editor header: the test goes to your account address, with the picked employee.
