Gallery and team photos

The Gallery page brings together the workspace’s images and the team’s photos.

Hosted images

Logos, banners and images served by Gensy, at addresses that don’t change. Upload several files at once, or drag them anywhere on the page — PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, 2 MB and 40 megapixels maximum (no SVG). Each tile shows the format, file size, dimensions and usage (“In 3 templates” or “Not used”). Only templates are checked: an employee photo or a campaign image shows as “Not used”, and deleting it removes it from the profile or banner. The ··· menu copies the URL, downloads or deletes.

The number of images depends on your plan: 3 on the Free plan, profile photos and logo included (uniform photos don’t count). When the gallery is full, uploading offers to replace an existing image (an image used in a template will leave a gap there) or to upgrade your plan.

Team photos

One tile per employee, with the photo from their profile. The Show filter isolates photos to approve, employees without a photo, or temporary photos.

Make photos uniform with AI

Owner and admins only, from the Starter plan up.

1. Click Make uniform for the selected employees or, with no selection, for every photo in the workspace or filtered department (already uniform ones included); or hover over a tile to process that photo alone.
2. Set the framing (original, tight portrait, bust, waist-up), the output format and Align faces. By default the photo is reframed to bust: to keep its framing, pick Original and untick Align faces.
3. Choose the pose, clothing, background and lighting.
4. Add extra instructions if needed.
5. Click Generate: a summary card lists the photos, framing, format, pose, background and total cost (50 credits per photo). Launch starts it: photos are processed one at a time (you can close the window, not the page). If your credits don’t cover everything, the batch is reduced.
6. Approve or reject each result, before and after side by side, or in bulk.

Originals are kept. Once approved, photos reach already-deployed signatures on their own in automated mode (Gmail; the Outlook add-in at the next message); a signature pasted by hand keeps the old photo until it is copied again. Restore the original is still possible afterwards.

Temporary photo

Check Apply temporarily and set the start and end dates: the approved photo shows during that period, then the original comes back on its own in automatically deployed signatures (Gmail at the daily sync, the Outlook add-in at the next message). A signature pasted by hand keeps the temporary photo until it is copied again. Reset now restores every original at once. Ideal for Christmas or an event.
