## Glossary
- **Field**: a piece of data on the employee profile. Seven types: text, email, phone, phone extension, URL / link, social media, image.
- **Template**: the structure of a signature, made of rows, blocks and sub-blocks.
- **Variable**: an element that displays each employee's data, such as {{nom}} or {{titre}}.
- **Condition**: a rule that shows or hides a row, block or element based on a field. Four operators: is not empty, is empty, contains, does not contain.
- **Deploy**: write each person's signature, through the Google API, the Outlook add-in or in manual mode, right away or at a scheduled date.
- **Employee portal**: each employee's personal link. Three modes: disabled, information collection, self-service.
- **AI credits**: the workspace's monthly quota, shared by the paid AI features (the help assistant, the assisted start and suggestions don't use any).

Why this format

An assistant that receives this index knows which pages exist and what they cover, without having to crawl the site. Each documentation page remains an ordinary web page: the text is in the HTML, readable by people and machines alike.
