Manage several organizations from one Gensy account, each in its own isolated workspace with its own data, plan and API keys.
One account can own several workspaces: another company, a client, a subsidiary. Each workspace has its own data, its own plan and its own API keys, strictly isolated.
The drop-down menu at the top of the sidebar lists your workspaces and offers Create workspace.
Every new workspace starts on the Free plan, and an owner can have only one Free workspace at a time. To open another one, first move your free workspace to a paid plan (or delete it). Each workspace has its own plan, billed separately.
As the owner, you’re always listed among the employees of the workspace you create. If your email is already an employee of another organization, the window warns you, without blocking: your signature should be deployed automatically from only one of the two workspaces. An Outlook add-in installed with an older manifest, not tied to a specific workspace, then stops serving your signature: the owner of the workspace that installed it downloads the manifest again in Settings → Integrations and re-uploads it in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
One workspace per client keeps directories, templates and billing separate. There is no copy/paste of blocks; reusable components are shared by every template in a workspace, but not across workspaces.
Notification preferences are specific to each workspace, with a checkbox to apply them to all your workspaces.
