Design a template

Set your logo, up to six brand colours and a primary font once, and every editor in your Gensy workspace picks them up.
Your brand is set once, in Settings → Brand, and every editor in the workspace uses it. The owner and admins can change it; a member sees it read-only.
PNG, JPG or WebP, 2 MB maximum (no SVG). The editor’s Logo element automatically displays the logo set here. Provide a file at twice the display size so it stays sharp on high-density screens.
Up to six brand colours. They’re offered in every colour picker in the workspace: global styles, inspector, banner editor.
The editor’s AI assistant knows it and uses it when you ask for a change. A new template still starts in Inter: set the font in the editor’s global styles. Choose a font that email clients can display — Arial, Helvetica, Georgia, Verdana, Tahoma. A font loaded from the web doesn’t display in Outlook: it’s replaced by the fallback font.
After a brand change, check your templates and publish them. With the Outlook add-in, the published version applies from the next message; in Gmail and in manual mode, redeploy or re-send the signatures.
The MCP connector (Starter plan and up) exposes the update_brand tool: you can ask Claude or ChatGPT to update the workspace’s brand, if the connector was authorized by the owner or an admin.
