How to cut off Gensy’s access to your Google or Microsoft admin console at any time, and what stops or keeps working afterwards.
You can cut off Gensy’s access to your admin console at any time. Here’s what that changes.
In Settings → Integrations, the workspace owner can disconnect Google Workspace. For Microsoft 365, remove the add-in from the admin center; the owner removes the directory import connection with Disconnect, in Employees → Import.
On Google, remove the service account’s access or its domain-wide delegation in the Admin console. On Microsoft, remove the add-in in Settings → Integrated apps. Going through the console leaves a trace in your audit log.
To clear the signatures Gensy set in Gmail mailboxes, use Unpublish all (or Unpublish) on the Deployment page before cutting off access: the signature is cleared, the previous one isn’t restored. Once access is removed, Gensy can no longer write anything, and Disconnect doesn’t clear signatures already set.
Cutting off access doesn’t delete the workspace. Settings → Reset offers two owner actions, confirmed by typing: Reset data and Delete workspace. Deleting the workspace cancels the subscription right away, with no pro-rata refund; signatures already installed stay (unpublish the Gmail ones beforehand). The owner can first export the active workspace’s data as JSON from My account → Security (images aren’t included, only their addresses).
Reconnecting follows the same path as the initial setup. Nothing is lost: a deployment puts everything back in place.
