Start from your current signature

In a new workspace, Gensy can build your first template from the signature you already use. It’s free at sign-up, with no credits used, as long as the workspace has no template (a few tries per day).

Run the analysis

1. On the dashboard, in the Setup your workspace card, click Start with AI at the Create a template step. The window never opens on its own: this click is what opens it.
2. Paste your current signature as is, add your website address, or both.
3. Click Analyze.

What Gensy suggests

• A first template, as a preview.
• The detected fields.
• Suggested departments, if your plan includes them (Starter plan and up).

Use the template

Use this template creates the missing fields, fills in your own profile, creates the departments your plan allows and the template, then opens the editor. Pick from the gallery and Start from scratch are still available.

What’s left out

Confidentiality disclaimers, slogans and legal notices are not carried over. You can change everything afterwards in the editor.
