Clean up data

Available from the Starter plan up, data cleanup fixes employee profiles in bulk. Open it from the Employees page, ··· menu → Clean up data; the badge shows how many profiles the rules would fix.

Rules (no credits)

• Names — automatic capitalization (jean dupont → Jean Dupont).
• Phones — North American numbers in +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX format; numbers from other countries are left alone.
• Extensions — digits only (ext. 123 → 123).
• Emails — lowercase, no spaces.
• Spaces — double spaces and invisible spaces removed.
• Links — https:// added if missing.
• Titles & Companies — first letter capitalized.

AI spell checker (3 credits)

Also check the spelling adds AI corrections — job titles, departments — to the same list. The checker doesn’t review names, phone numbers, emails or web addresses. Out of credits? The rules still run.

Apply

1. The window opens on the fixes, grouped by profile, before → after.
2. Check or uncheck each one; the rules, at the top, act as filters.
3. Click Apply N corrections.

A banner offers Undo, and each cleanup is added to the assistant history.

A single profile

A small sparkle next to a name flags a profile the rules would fix. The row’s ··· menu offers Clean this record · 3 credits.
