What each Gensy plan includes, from Free to Custom, with indicative CAD prices, and what happens when a workspace returns to the Free plan.
Six plans, from Free to Enterprise, plus a Custom offer. Billed quarterly (the monthly price shown, charged in advance for 3 months) or annually (−10%), in CAD or USD depending on the workspace’s country, chosen when the first workspace is created and then fixed. Plus applicable taxes.
All paid plans include automated integrations (Google API, Outlook add-in), the AI assistant, analytics, campaigns, departments and manual deployment.
Settings → Billing, visible to the owner only, summarizes the plan, counters and the month’s AI credits. Upgrade opens Stripe checkout; afterwards, Manage billing leads to the Stripe portal to change plans and manage payment methods and invoices. Downgrade first warns about what exceeds the new plan’s limits: employees over the limit (owner covered first, then the oldest profiles) become “Limited by plan”, and their automatically deployed signatures are removed, a removal that can’t be cancelled. Extra templates and departments stay, but no new ones can be created.
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund. The workspace then returns to the Free plan:
Profiles and templates are kept. The Employees page shows who is “Covered” and who is “Limited by plan”. Taking a paid plan again restores images and direct links and cancels a removal not yet carried out. However, signatures already removed must be deployed again, and API keys and connectors created again.
