Team, roles and activity log

Invite collaborators to your Gensy workspace, grant temporary support access, and track who did what in the 90-day activity log.

Roles

  • Owner — full access; the only one who can manage billing, the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections, export, reset and deletion of the workspace, support access, roles and removing members.
  • Admin — chosen by the owner; also manages the brand, Settings → General, the deployment mode and fields, and invites members.
  • Member — creates and edits templates, employees, departments and campaigns, and deploys; General and Brand are read-only.

Admins and members count as collaborators, pending invitations included: none on the Free and Starter plans, 1 on the Essential and Professional plans, 2 on the Business plan, 3 on the Enterprise plan, by agreement on Custom.

Invite

Settings → Team: the owner and admins invite by email (Invite as Member; only the owner invites an Admin) and track pending invitations. Only the owner changes a role, cancels an invitation or removes access (Remove access). An invitation expires after 14 days; Resend gives the same link 14 more days (only the owner resends an admin invitation). Removing a member also revokes their API keys and connectors.

Support access

To enter your workspace’s content (to troubleshoot a template or a profile), Gensy support needs the access the owner grants from the bell. The access carries the “Super Admin” badge in Settings → Team, is logged, doesn’t count toward the collaborator limit and expires on its own after 72 hours. It can be revoked sooner. Separately, Gensy’s operations team can access data when needed to operate and secure the service, for example to diagnose an outage or handle a security issue.

The activity log

Settings → Activity keeps 90 days of actions: employees, templates, fields, departments, campaigns, signatures, schedules, team, API keys, brand. The screen shows 7, 14 or 30 days (30 by default), filterable by type; beyond 30 days, the log is read through the get_activity tool (API key or MCP connector). The author is a member, “API” or “System”. CSV export.
