Template gallery

Start a new email signature template from a ready-made layout shown with your own information, from scratch, or from one of your templates.

The gallery offers ready-to-use layouts, displayed with your own information. Starting from one of them avoids the structural mistakes that make a signature age badly in Outlook.

Three starting points

The New template button opens a window with three choices (the third once a template exists):

  • Start from scratch — blank canvas, employee variables already loaded.
  • Pick from the gallery — a ready-made layout, shown with your information.
  • Start from one of your templates — a copy of an existing template, ideal for a department variant.

The name is optional; you can change it later with Rename, in the template card’s ··· menu. From the Starter plan up, the editor’s AI assistant (Assistant tab) then helps adjust the template, at 5 credits or more per message.

What to adjust first

  • Map fields: the editor opens on this step, which links the template’s variables to the organization’s fields. An unmapped variable becomes fixed text, the same for everyone.
  • Conditions: not empty on rows, blocks or elements that don’t apply to everyone.
  • Fixed links: website, the organization’s social networks.
  • Maximum width, if your logo is wider.

Free plan

The Free plan includes a single template. Creating a second template offers either to replace the existing one or to upgrade to a paid plan to keep both. The replacement is done with Publish and replace, then a confirmation: the old template is deleted and its employees move to the new one.

Or start from your current signature

In a new workspace, Start with AI analyzes your current signature and builds a first template from it. See the Start from your current signature page.
